I am replacing my rear ARB (sway bar) bushes and drop links (MNA3505AE) on my 2002 XJ
Seems like the drop links (MNA3505AE) has changed since 2002 - the new link only has one big bush - the old one had 2 small bushes - one either side of the axle bracket.
New part is a quality item from SNG Baratt so I assume it is correct.
Has anyone fitted a new type link - where does bush go - above or below the axle bracket?
Cutting the large bush in 2 halves surely cannot be the correct way?
Is the torque specification still the same?
(30-40nm)

You certainly have to have a rubber cushion on either side of the axle bracket, like the old one. Just cut the long rubber bush in half and fit.
Thanks for your reply - You are right.
I also wrote an email to SNG Baratt - their techs confirm what you are saying.
The aftermarket part is supplied with a long bush, that is designed to be cut in half and fitted either side of the bracket.

Thank you - you are indeed correct.
I wrote SNG Barratt as well - their tech support replied ,that this aftermarket Lemforder link was supplied with 1 long bush, that needs to be cut in half and fitted on either side of the axle bracket.
