Question Recommendations for dumping Denso ECU

Chaps,

Probably covered before, so apologies in advance if it has been ..

Need to dump the engine ECU on my X308, 4.0L, AJ27, 2001.

What's people's experience doing that? recommendations for a tool or tools?

I wanted to do a bit of chip tuning, hence a dump of the ECU is needed.

Thanks ..

Sorry, I don't speak "Tuner."

What exactly does "dump the engine ECU" mean?

You want to wipe out the program or the memory or remove the unit entirely?
