Before I start yanking on them has anyone done this job?

I've got every trim removal tool known to man but don't know what clips are holding them on.

 

theyre glued down with thin adhesive strips. you can try heating with a heat gun to soften, carefully catch the edge and slowly pry up with tool. Never been able to do without bending slightly. So I always quote new pieces, once up, there are torx screw underneath holding the sill down
