Question Replacing brittle plastic vent hoses

On my engine there are runs of black corrugated hard plastic hose with quick disconnect fittings (engine ventilation) and I would like to replace them all. In some areas they have become brittle enough to break at a slight touch and I am at a point where I could access them all easily.

Does anyone have a source for the fittings and bulk hose, same material or equivalent, so that they can be made to fit? Otherwise, does any vendor carry the complete set for my '01 AJ27?

I have been searching the web to no avail... Thanks.

I did find a manufacturer which listed the hose and the fittings (called Norma connectors), but so far no mailorder source, other than one pre-made replacement section (luckily the one I broke), but not the other section and I would like to replace all of it.

Anyone have any clues on these hoses?

I broke one of mine changing the air filter. Try Motorcarsltd.com for your parts. That is where I got mine.

Here is the only section I found to be ordered... but where to get the rest of it? This piece is appx $35 from RedLineMotive.com.

I have added a couple of pics of the hose assembly I am trying to locate or somehow replace. It is the Injector Air Assist circuit, running from the throttle body to the injector rails. Colored yellow in the pics.

The other hose pictured I have located. That one is the Part Load Breather hose.

If it wasn't for the quick connectors being hard to find I would just remake these hoses...

I was able to source the Injector Air Assist hose from Dan@JagBits.com - $65 new. So including the new Part Load Breather hose about $100 total.

Thanks all.

I'm just curious, can you replace the part breather hose without removing the intake manifold ? I've got a new one sitting on the shelf, but looked at where it disappeared and decided to put that job off for a while.

It does run under the manifold, but I couldn't say whether or not it could be replaced without pulling the top off. It wouldn't be as easy, that's for sure.
