Restore fender Jaguar fender emblem?

The fender emblems on our car are looking a bit cloudy. Does anyone have advice on how to restore these? The clear (cloudy) material feels a bit soft, almost rubbery.

I've used OFF bug spray to take yellowing. No idea why it works but it does.

No luck with good off or any kind of polish. Looks like I’ll need to bike the bullet and order replacements. Thanks!

Before you do that, have you thought about masking the rim and the paper and taking a fine sandpaper to the face and painting it with a gloss finish?

Yes, I tried sanding as well, but no luck. My understanding is the the resin is probably just too far gone. It remains cloudy and sticky despite sanding and polishing.
