Road Springs
How is it possible that the dealership can simply say "the front springs are discontinued, we can only replace the rears?"
Am I being mad when I contemplate measuring/researching the thickness and height of the stock springs and trying to cross-reference those specifications with other springs that may have been used in other vehicles?
Your sage advice is most appreciated.

Forgive me, but it truly escapes me as to how your response is helpful. Please clarify.
You asked how it's possible that the dealer doesn't stock the springs. I told you that there is no requirement to stock every part for a 15 year old vehicle. Sorry if you don't find that helpful, but I don't really care.
I'm amazed anyone goes through the dealers for parts in the first place. There are plenty of specialist parts places that will help you, some are even forum sponsors.
Or you could complete the Mina set and get lowering springs of Ebay

While I have the utmost respect for Mina Gallery products and the fantastic service they provide, I would rather not lower the vehicle.
Having an excellent relationship with my local dealership and having their exquisite technicians maintaining my car, I will have to look into other possibilities as the dealership will not be able to assist.

Welcome to the internet... everyone has an opinion, especially when there's the chance to say something negative
Luckily most of us are either patient enough to wade through it, or know a grain of salt when they see it.
FYI the Mina springs are only meant to drop the car about an inch, most likely less given the sag of old springs.
Also, if you've been paying dealership prices for parts for all of these years, then it's no wonder they look after you!!
For what it's worth, I've always found licensed dealers more than willing to fit parts that I have supplied myself, especially when they're usually around half the price. Try SNG Barratt though, they've always been fantastic to deal with, with a great range of parts and very competitive prices

if you cannot find and new old stock parts you might consider having some made. Here's a link to one shop, there are plenty of others ...

Thank you so much for sharing your expertise. The question is whether the one inch drop will allow for the rear camber to be adjusted to within specifications? Or, if it'll require shims?
Thank you kindly, good sir. For that price, I would be a fool not to take you up on your offer. I've messaged you my VIN as well as the shipping address for a complete quote at your earliest convenience. Thanks again, looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Cheers

Fantastic, that is exactly what my question concerning cross-referencing with other vehicles was alluding to. I will certainly reach out to them and compare costs. Thank you so much, have a nice day.
If the western world had not lost all their skills taking the springs into a spring shop
to have them stretched and retempered would be an option.
Apparently this can be done about three times in the lifetime of a coil spring and
at last report costs something like $25 a spring in other parts of the world.

I actually have a set of Mina lowering springs on their way to me. I'll keep everyone posted once I get them about how they go, actual measurements on the drop, and how it handles afterwards
