Was curious as to what suggestions everyone would have regarding an OBD2 scan tool for my 99 XJ8. I am looking at an iCarsoft i930, which I have seen to be the "go to" for these, but was curious if anyone had other suggestions. Thanks.

 

The i930 isn't terrible and I am certain many find it adequate for their needs.
The Duchess and I rely on a simple Elm 327 with the Car Scanner app from
Apple. It has performed flawlessly from day one and I can recommend it.

 

I've just got a Foxwell NT680 Pro, because I saw them on offer as ex demo. So far I've plugged it in & confirmed it connects, apart from pushing a few buttons I didn't know what I was doing so can't comment how good or not it is.

I have Foxwell NT520. It is pretty much useless with x308. From x350 and up it works okay.
