So, I'm having intermittent issues with locks and the security light blinking. It also seems to trigger other electrical issues such as seat heaters lights etc. I'm also having a problem programing remotes.

I did a hard reset and after a few cycles with a key they seem to have gone away. At least for now.

After doing a search it leads me to believe that the the security control module may be on it's way out.

Is there any thing I can do to fix it before it dies completely? What fails in these things?
