Thought I would start a new thread, as I can’t see that has been done......unless someone tells me differently. Here’s my 1999 XJ8 3.2L. Purchased in 2018 with 57k miles only. After spending £7k on various new parts and a complete strip down respray, it is looking like new and goes just as well. Replaced all interior with Executive trim. My second Jaguar.

Thanks nilanium, I thought there was one but undertaking a search failed to identify it.

Here's my 2001 XJ8 purchased last year. P/U for local Jag independent that serviced the car 15yrs, literally from a little old lady from Pasadena, CA. Decided to call it "ol' Blue.

I bought my ‘03 VDP from a dealer about 2.5 hours from my home in 8/20. The car had 29,863 miles on it and had been owned by the local Ford dealer and subsequently registered to his wife when he died. I looked at the history and she was driving it about 1,400 miles a year for the past decade. Absolutely pristine, though I did do a bunch of preventive maintenance to it when I got it back home, fluids, tranny pressure valve upgrade. My previous one, an ‘06 red VDP that was killed by a falling tree last year, was about the same deal: owned by a widow who only used it the 6 months a year she wasn’t wintering in Palm Springs, then stored the vehicle while she was there. Again, pristine.

Gorgeous. Love it. It looks fantastic in white and subtle white wall tyres too.

Paid $2800 about two years back, 150000 miles, one owner before me......replaced suspension all four corners ( RMT ....bad move),,,,,,also replaced the compressor, all four discs, handbrake cables , fuel filter, and a few other things. Blower was making a horrendous noise.....found a birds nest inside motor, it had sucked the fibre on the firewall into it, still think I have another blockage.....grr......hate taking dash boards apart......but the clock bulb is gone as well so........kill two birds with that one.
Decided to retire the plate........managed to get V8 JAG........car also growls when I put it in reverse.........scares the **** out of those pedestrians that just walk directly behind a reversing car........its louder than ACDC.......lol.

Love the car, this is my sixth Jag.........looking for an XKR circa 2010 ......so anyone on Long Island with one for sale ,,,,,hit me up......as long as its not green or any of those flowery colors......white would be perfect........Id even consider a low mileage XJR , also any color but green.

My 2003 Super V8 with 83k miles. It's been a PITA since I bought it in December. I think it's all sorted now and she runs like a dream. Still it's been a wild ride and maybe I'll sell it this summer, so if anyone is interested.
