Ok I notice my windshield washer jet is aimed to the left & spraying fluid off to the side of the car missing the glass completely. I tried to adjust it by hand but it appears locked, is there a screw or something somewhere I'm missing lol ?!

No need for replacement it still sprays the same volume & seemingly pattern I just need to aim it. This car's soon to find it's way back up for sale lol.

Anyone here have any experience with these universal nozzle kits, I see one reviewer is a Jaguar owner but doesn't state which model he has.

Hi King Charles,

I can't help you on the adjustment procedure but I suspect your nozzles may be gunked up and stuck in position. On our '93 they will rotate if you insert a small pin or nail of an appropriate size for the aperture and use it as a lever to aim the nozzle.

Not sure if there are adjustment instructions in the service manual but it might be worth checking. Here's the parts diagram:

Screenwash System - Parts For XJ Series from (V)812317 to (V)F59525 (X308) | Jaguar Classic Parts UK

Looks like replacing that part with a new one will cost around U.S. $50 from sngbarratt.com, jaguarmerriamparts.com or gaudinjaguarparts.com. You might find a good salvaged replacement from an eBay seller who is parting out a similar X308.

Cheers,

Don
