spotless coolant leak 98 XJ8

Hoping someone has experienced the nature of this leak...

Low coolant sensor goes off every 2 weeks or so and there is no puddle but I can smell it burning off while driving.

What's interesting is that on a very hot day sitting in the sun, it will leak all over the ground on the passenger side, almost as if it got hot enough under the hood to pressurize but without hot exhaust to burn off.

This sounds like a hardened or dry rotted seat of a connector. Are you refilling the coolant reservoir a lot?
