SRS Airbag light on

Default SRS Airbag light on
I have a 01' XJ8 with a airbag light on intermittently with no codes. I replaced theSRS control module, clock spring, switched out i. Cluster and drivers airbag-no good. It keeps coming on. need help

what have you used to scan for codes? usually is the cassette reel

You need to induce a fault. Like disconnect the passenger airbag. Then you will have two faults. The passenger airbag and whatever the other one is. I bet it is a seatbelt. -)

I did unplug the pass side airbag and I got 2 two codes: one for the pass side airbag and the drivers airbag. I replaced the clock spring(cassette) and switched out drivers airbag. And the srs light keeps intermittently coming on. I wonder if its bad wiring.

What was the code you got? It doesnt matter if you already replaced parts. You need to induce a fault again to get the code.
