Unhappy start up misfire and low coolant

just started the other day low coolant light on, just barely low. seemed to pop on only once the car is fully warmed up so i replaced the sensor thinking it was a temperature issue. Well now it is starting to misfire upon start up for a few seconds and clears out after about 10 seconds. Low coolant light comes on still with the same conditions at this point. Finally threw a cyl 7 misfire and am leaning toward intake gaskets or head gaskets?? anyone have any ideas?? im going to do a cylinder leak down test tomorrow

did a leakdown test last night all cylinders check out good. Cyl 7 plug is definitely cleaner than the others. Iv got all the parts illustrations and trying to figure out if coolant runs through the lower intake plenums or not, basically investigating whether i have a leaking intake or have to do headgaskets? How common are headgasket problems on these?
