Default Steering Wheel up/down question 1998 VDP

The other day the up and down on my steering wheel stoped working. I am not sure why. I turned auto on and off. I checked all the fuses but could not find the one that relates to it. I pulled the ones that I though may be and none were bad. Put all things back and waited a hour and then it worked. Any Ideas?

You mean under the back seat right? Also did the fuse look bad? How did you fix it just replace the defective fuse?

Thanks
