Recently purchased my first Jag!!! A 2001 XJ8 VDP from a close friend who had inherited it from his uncle. The black cat has 76000 miles and is in beautiful condition. New transmission and several other service issues completed. The problems that arose were a misfire on cylinder 2 and hesitation under full throttle. Research on the Jag Forum helped me solve both problems!!!! Thank you all very much for your input, help and advice. Michael
