I’ve found a nice xjr Grille for my jaguar but I’m looking at thee pictures and the shade of silver looks different I’m just wondering if there is more than one silver used on the x308

 

There are variants per year of production. When I had the bumpers of my 2001 308 redone my bodyshop had a hard time getting the correct color variant (pearl black). They had to contact Jaguar for the correct color code... Better get the part from a car of the same year is my advice. Cheers !

 

Your body color is stamped on the code plate on the drivers door.

Check that code against the colors listed per year at this link..................(select year/make/all models, if you select XJ8 the program doesn't work)
