You need the diff and the matching frontplate. The front plate needs to be modified to have exhaust hangers. Other than that it's a bolt in. The offset is minimal and requires no modification. Just make sure to get the diff with the right coupling for the jurrid. Some of the older ones have a 4 bolt flange that will not work. Swapping the flange from the x308 differential doesn't always work because of the spline count on the pinion gear.
