Default Timing Chain / Tensioner Tool Kits : Suggestions?

Anybody know of a better deal on a set of timing chain / tensioner tools than these?

First Set

$186.00 shipped.

Second Set

$187.00 shipped.

These are the two best prices that I could find.

They both look to be the same.

I know I can rent a set, but owning my own set would allow me to take my time and not have to worry about returning anything.

Also, when I am done, I could just sell the set (or keep it for another Jaguar or a Range Rover).

Suggestions, ideas, comments?

Stewart

Always nice to buy the right stuff, you can always move it onto the next V8 owner. Either will do. I use SPX but that's what the factory use and a bit more expensive.

Do you plan on just the uppers or lowers too? guides and chains as well?

Sean, I plan on replacing EVERYTHING I can while I am in there.

Upper and lower tensioners, guides, and chains.

I only want to do this ONCE

p.s. Thanks for the info.

Stewart - I didn't see the crank pulley removal tool, a normal pulley puller isn't really the tool for this job, you might need the crank pulley tool from SPX it makes this job easy, it's on very tight. Once this is removed you can pull the timing cover and set to work.
