trans fluid capacity

Roadfly Forum has a thread "To Change or Not to Change Transmission Fuid" in the Jaguar XJ8, XJR Forum. Post #8 "I changed my fluid at 80k zf5hp24 tanny I did not do a full flush only took 1 us gallon (4 quarts)" ........ "dont do a full flush just drain an replace and then do it again about 10k."
Most replies in the thread recommend changing fluid at 60k or 75k.
