If the exterior of a 2000 XJ8 VDP has paint code MDV, what would be trim code for the interior? I am looking at a buying a part (a seat) from a salvage place, and they don't know the interior trim code, so I am hoping I could narrow it down by knowing the exterior paint code (MDV). Any help would be appreciated.

 

Your trim code should be next to the paint code on the date of manufacture label on the driver's side door jamb.
