Trunk Badges
One of the things that I noticed last year when I first started looking to buy a Jaguar was that so many of the ones I saw had trunk badges that were dark and hard to read (Jaguar and XJ8). Mine weren't too bad, but since I was cleaning and waxing my car today I thought I'd try to shine them up a bit. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a little elbow grease with a bug sponge and some Turtle Wax cleaned them up pretty good.
I know this isn't earth-shattering, but I've read on this forum where some members have replaced their badges and this is a possible alternative to that procedure.
Here are before and after photos of the XJ8 badge, the Jaguar badge had a similar result. The little side badges cleaned up a bit, too.
