HI GUYS. JUST WONDERING WHAT AN AVERAGE TUNE UP GOES FOR ON AN XJR. WHATS INVOLVED. I WANTED TO CHECK MY FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, BUT CAN'T FIND IT FROM TOP. DOES SUPERCHARGER/INTAKE NEED TO BE REMOVED??

Why do you want to check your pressure regulator? Is there something wrong with running?

Best tuneup is 100k service. You get all new plugs, filters etc. It is a good service and if you get the right person doing it, your car gets a very thorough check up.

 

THANKS FJT. I AM THE GUY WITH THE 3000-4000RPM. HESITATION. I FINALLY CHANGED MY INTAKE PIPE (ONLY $45, DEALER) AND NOW CAR HESITATES AT 2000RPM.
