Default Unknown Vacuum Line

I am in the process of reinstalling my SC and I though I did a decent job of labeling all of the vacuum lines. However, I cannot seem to find a home for one particular vacuum line. The line in question is 10" long and connected on one end to the branch part of a plastic barbed T fitting. That same T fitting has a short line a 1-1/4" long that connects to the drivers side of the intake elbow. The other line from that T fitting is 4" long and connects to another plastic barbed T fitting. Here are some connections that I have ruled out. Not the SC bypass valve, canister purge valve, fuel pressure regulator, SC outlet duct. Help would be much appreciated! I have looked at numerous vacuum diagrams but cannot figure it out.

I did exactly the same thing swapping out an Eaton, the line fits the MAP sensor - you won't see the barb as it's underneath the sensor. It's located on a bracket mounted to the front scuttle near the wiper motor assembly.

Hi,

see this thread here in post #7 for a diagram that might help you with that since I faced the same issue a few months ago: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...engine-176755/

Thanks to both "Sean B" & "xjr2014_de". You both were right on target. The mystery vacuum line does connect to the MAP sensor. Thanks a bunch guys!
