Upper cushions/bushings for rear shocks?

Upper cushions/bushings for rear shocks?
Does anyone know if it is possible to buy the upper cushion/bushing parts for the rear shocks on an XJR 308?
They are part numbers 3,5,13 & 14 (or 21 & 22?) in the parts diagram below.
Also, what is the difference between the two shocks shown in the diagram? One has a rubber boot and the other does not.
I know the lower shock bushings are available, but what about the upper parts?

The one on the right is for CATS suspension and the one on the left is without it
