Very recently, I replaced leaking cam covers for the second time. I made sure everything was pristinely clean. I used aftermarket euro seals and bolt gaskets. Used an inch pd torque wrench to make sure they no more than 89inch lbs. Plums, you suggested to oil the bottom of the gaskets, which I'm pretty sure I used a little vasoline on my second attempt. Do you suggest anything else? I also read where Felpro are better so that's what I'm going with this time and they do look a little better to me.

I really appreciate all your thoughts as I'm beginning to feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.

Just a friendly suggestion... Why not either look in the archives or start a new thread with xjr and sparkplug recommendation in the thread title. You will get better response that way. Oh, and welcome to the forum, I am sure you will get the info you need if you ask the right way.
