Default Wanting to do slammable air ride kit on my '00 XJR

I've been thinking about lowering my XJR to get that "VIP" look going on, and recently got motivated when I saw a X300 that was bagged in Belgium. I had a few questions to start.
First, what would I need to do this? I know the car comes with air ride already, would I need to completely redo the suspension like on a struts/springs car, or are there add-on kits to get the look and functionality I desire?
Thanks,
Alex

Your 2000 does not already have air-ride already. That was the later X351 models that did. Your XJR would have CATS shocks, which are a different beast. As far as the rest, there are very limited options for suspension kits pre-existing. Mina Gallery makes some lowering springs (about 1") that are designed to work with the factory shocks. So if you want to lower it THAT far, it's going to be a complete custom kit from start to finish.

Some more inspiration - I believe this uses an AccuAir kit, but no idea how much work was involved making it fit
