3 .. 8 mm bolts hole on water pump pulley crack them free then one 15mm wrench to push tensioner to remove belt.. then loosen off the water pump bolts then pulley off .. then 5 .. 8mm bolts for water pump .. knock old pump . clean and remove gasket on block.. three 8mm bolts remove thermostate cover then refit thermostate .. breather hole up then re fit 3 ... 8mm bolt re fit water pump 5 bolts.. refit pulley 3 bolts.. install belt. tighten 3 8mm bolts for water pump. hardest part is probably the belt for some people might wanna draw a picture of the way the belts go.. and then refill with 50/50 coolant. if it was pink uses pink jag flood.

 

And make sure you bleed all the air out!!!

 

with a bleeder.. but if not may need to run with the cap off heat on then with it on, then leave the cap off over night . shud get all the air out

The biggest bummer is the JTIS I purchased doesn't work on Windows 7

Can anyone help with that? I am working blind

Oh - by the way, when changing the H20 pump, don't break the overflow hose barb on the radiator with your elbow like I did - $21 at the dealer
