Default white smoke and oil in spark plugs

Looks like I need new head gaskets, and spark plug seals. I want to do a coolant flush while I'm at it. I was planning on doing it next weekend does anyone have part numbers and a how to handy? I had limited luck on the forum search.

Hey hrand1987, I just tuned up the 01 and found the 'super mechanic' that did the tensioners a month ago did a horrible job. I found oil in all 4 right side plug wells. I can't speak to the head gasket but the cam covers are very straight forward and I found the complete set at the local auto parts store for 100.00. Took about 2 hours per side, I did both sides even though the left side didn't have any oil in it just to be sure. I should have taken pictures but wanted to get it apart and back together quick. The gasket kit had all the correct o-rings and gaskets for both sides. Again it really was straight forward and if you've done your own work for a while it was not difficult. PM me if you get into it and something doesn't seem right.
