Will 2001-2003 drivetrains fit in a 2000 VDP

I was wondering what was involved in swapping out a 2000 VDP drivetrain with one from a 2001-2003 XJ8. If anyone has any insight on the task involved and any complications. Thank you

Straight swap. Can't go from supercharged to non nor the other way around though.
