Will driving my XJR with bank 1&2 lean hurt it?

The 2 codes keep comming back P0171 and P0174
Goes into restricted mode now and then, suspected bad MAF sensor....?
Will it hurt it to drive it easy untill I get this figured out?

Probably the worst of it will be your fuel economy for now. Extended period of lean driving will eventually be detrimental.

Very lean conditions will cause detonation which is an engines worst nightmare and can cause major problems over time.

your engines fuel management system can adjust to very lean conditions by adding extra fuel.. new cars have fuel trim they must follow and when the numbers start to go lean (negative) your cars ecm will counter that by adding fuel..(positive..) but it can only adjust to about 25% so i wud not drive to long..
