Nope, don't think so. Totally different body style. BTW even within the same body style there maybe minor part mounting differences even if it is one year off. It is best to get parts off the same year car. Believe me, I found out the hard way and have a box of junkyard parts of the correct car but wrong year that don't fit my car. This is how car manufacturers keep design engineers employed in the years between body styles.

The seats won't be a direct fit. The X308 floor dates back to the late XJ40 and has a step or lip at the front edge of the seat, and the seat slide rails have a tab welded at 90-degrees for the front screws to thread into the front edge of the "step." Here's the illustration of the X308 slide:
On the other hand, the X350 floor is flat, so the seat slide rails are straight:
I'm also fairly confident that none of the electrical connectors will be the same.
