Do any of you run Wix filters? Are they recommended to run in Jaguars?

I run them in my trucks. I usually just order a set from this site ahead of time: Wix & Napa Filters & Accessories: FleetFilter Secure Online Store

Unfortunately, this time around I didn't order the filters I needed beforehand and bought filters from the parts stores... Today, I bought a Wix fuel filter for my truck at O'Rilley for $43.50and it's $22.80 at FleetFilter. My air filter was $68.50 at NAPA and it's $32.39 at FleetFilter.

 

Ouch.

Many people like Wix oil filters. Not much feedback on the fuel filters.

What kind of truck? The fuel filters on most older GM trucks, vans, suv is the same filter for a XJ8. Should be cheap because they make lots of them.

Remember when fuel filters were cheap little throwaway canisters? Now they are priced like they had gold elements.

 

2000 Ford F350 Powerstroke diesel 4x4. It's great for hauling our horses. Maybe FleetFilter has a much better deal on the diesel filters and not on the Jag filters. I'm sure it still beats retail, even with shipping.
