this is good news. in this case, adding the amplifier would be very simple, but only by testing the whole system will you know if it really works or not with the CD changer connected to the amplifier.

I'd had the thought of adding the sub to the standard system too as the only thing it lacks is a bit of bass.
Sounds like it'd be too much hassle from all this.
One question though, where does the sub fit on the premium system? I think it's under the rear seat?
today I had a little free time and I checked in the trunk if I have the connection cables for the subwoofer and the amplifier. When I changed the fuel pumps in the tank, I had the impression that I saw some cables, but I didn't pay attention. In fact, the cables are in the car, I haven't checked if I have voltage on the cable, but I'm convinced that there is. So in conclusion, I can look to buy an amplifier and the related subwoofer and try to install only the subwoofer. if this is not possible, I will do it in such a way as to convert the audio system.

the subwoofer have problem with the surround but it can be fixed.
Any one knows what finals IC are used on Alpine amplifier?
In the amp are used four IC, in this case i think are Stereo IC but what model. It is a 13 pin IC. The amplifier use a DSP from AKM iI think for the front and subwoofer crossover.

Hello guys
Good news I have, I install the amplifier also the cable from the trunk to the main connector under the back seat. The car was prepared for the premium sound so the cables for the tweeters on the front pilar are instaled so no more modification in this case. I was lucky. Now I must fix the subwoofer and install the new tweeters on the pilar trims.
