Ok guys I need your help. I have been rebuilding a 4.0 out of my 98 xj8. I am now to the pistons and is wondering if anyone has some info on them. The motor im rebuilding is a factory steel lined motor. Im using this block but I chewed up the crank and a couple of the connecting rods. So I went out and found a good bottom end but its naskil liners instead of steel. My questions are the pistons different between the two? I was going to just get rings for the steel lined block but want to make sure I can just reuse the pistons out of the naskil motor. Im pretty much just transfer bottem ends and want to make sure that will work. Also I noticed that where the wrist pin and pistons connect on the steel lined motor its very tight connection and on the niskil motor its lose so it makes me think there different. Any input would be helpful I have the numbers off the pistons but I couldnt find any info on them. Thanks in advance Jeremy
