First full tank of gas on interstate trip 20.5 mpg. 2200 rpm at 80 mph.

I just did a run this past weekend from home (Georgetown) to just south of Fort Worth in mine and got 19.8 at 80-85mph. My 2018 F150 SuperCrew 5.0 V8 with Raptor tires gets the same. Sitting in stop and go, heavy commuter traffic with the Jag, I get 11-12mpg. Mixed highway and city is around 15-16. About what I'd expect given the way my engine is set up versus yours. The Jag is more fun, albeit louder than the F150 though...

 

My commute is half boulevard and half interstate consistently get a hair over 17 mpg.

 

Sold some more parts on eBay. Down to $4000 net outlay on swap XJ8. Split daily driving with my XK8.

 

Selling parts has slowed down. Now averaging a part every two weeks. Just sold mega fuse box. Down to under $3000 net in car.
