Default XJ8 misfire codes

Hello all, just bought my first jaguar, a 2003 xj8 with 90k miles. It shakes at idle, and is hesitant to accelerate and shakes even more and shows an error code saying "gearbox fault." I got the engine codes checked and had the following come up:
P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire
P1314 No definition
P1316 No definition
P0460 Fuel level sensor A circuit
P0743 torque converter clutch solenoid circuit electrical
P1000 No definition
The shaking at idle I assume is the misfire, any help as to what the P1316, 1314, and 1000 codes are? And would they all be related? The car had not been driven for about 6 months,so could the P0743 be due to a weak battery, or is that a more serious issue because of the shaking when accelerating? After driving the car home about an hour, i could not notice the difficulty to accelerate beyond the misfire, so am not sure if that may have cleared itself up? I am entirely new to jaguars, and any help is hugely appreciated!

The codes are explained with causes in the workshop manual (free download here) and some info is on JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

Ignore gearbox faults until you've fixed eery engine code as usually they're caused by the latter.

Battery is #1 suspect except perhaps for P0306 and related codes.

I just pulled the plug from cylinder 6, then pulled the plug on 4 as well. They're both pretty fouled, so I'll pry replace all the plugs, but cylinder 6 is dry and 4 has some gas on the plug. I'll try to attach a picture, 6 is on the right. Does this mean it's a bad fuel injector on cylinder 6?

6 is on the left side, bank 2, if you have an X308. If it is an X350, introduced in the UK as a 2003 model (2004 intro in US), you are on the wrong forum.
