The ECU on the car will learn whatever is attached to it.
I suggest doing it the old fashioned way: Allow the engine to breathe.
Intake/exhaust/etc....
The ECU will learn the upgraded parts.
If you really are interested in going the "chip" route, then I would look into a shop that can reprogram your existing ECU. This takes special tools, a knowledge of HEX, and somebody that knows what they are doing. This is usually done on a dyno.
