XJR 2002

my ABS/Traction control light is on, I just had brake done by my local guy & he checked the sensors which seem to be OK & I really don't want to go to the dealer & have him tell me it's $4000 to replace - ebay does have a listing of a company in MA that rebuilds ABS for $140 but I can't find pump - any ideas or suggestions

I love the car & I hate Jag dealers, has anyone ever bought their car in and had a bill for under $1000 ?

the code C1095 (i think) is just for abs module failure.. you dont have to replace anything else.. just the module fails.. i also rebuild them too.

like, $1300 or so for the ABS module.

thank you for your reply, where is module locations & does it have anything to do with traction control that is flashing also ?

I've never had a bill in 4 digits at the jag dealer. Cost me 600 dollars to fix all rust on my car, plus they straightened out my door and hood so they alligned perfect.

Some of the repairs on my dad's xk8 cost around 1000, a little lower I think, but they were mostly covered by warranty, so it only cost us the 50 dollar deductable.
