I have an obd 2 scan tool but I don't know how to see the live data.

its not throwing a code ...so how would I go about see the Fuel data ?

Generally if it isn't obvious then the tool doesn't support that feature (but a look at its handbook should say).

Default What did you find out ???

I have the same thing, Runs good to 3000 rpm and stumbles to 4000 rpm then runs like new. If I increase throttle early (before 4000 rpm) it makes the acceleration worse. About half throttle seems to be the best.
I have new fuel pumps, Checked the fuel trims, fuel pressure stays up at the fuel rail through the rpm range. I runs so good and throttle response is perfect above 4000 rpm. TPS is reading correct also. No fault codes
This is a '99 XJR.

May be a blocked cat (or both?). IR gun or borescope or measure back pressure at O2 hole.
