What are the two lines coming from the bottom of the PURGE CONTROL VALVE (LNG1515AA) on the firewall of a 2001 XJR? One of my lines is broken. What is the function of each line?

It is actually the hose you can see connected below #3 (vapor outlet to induction elbow). You can see it's ribbed.
I think that might be a separate part.

Jaguar dealer couldn't help
I just left Crown Jaguar in St. Petersburg, FL to get this part and they couldn't help me. How is that possible? I brought the attached docs but after 30 minutes I don't know any more then when I left my house.

On Page 3 it is #8. 'Canister vapour outlet pipe'

I finally got a good image...HELP!!
I have a pretty good image of the part I need. As you can see the hose or pipe is attached to the purge control valve and it is ribbed and goes to a connector on top of the manifold and appears to run under the supercharger and attaches to a sensor on the left valve cover. I have been searching for this part or just a part number for two months and my 2001 XJR has sat idle because of it.
