Can anyone provide any detailed info on how it works?

Please explain how it works from the pulley onward.

My car sounds nothing like this....

Click on where it says "Click here to here this kit in action" (volume on). I have the kit installed by the way. But my car sounded nothing close even stock.

When the car is in park... and press the peddle down to rev the engine... it seems to have a 0.5-1sec delay. Normal? I don't think I hear the supercharger at all. The air filter seems to be gasping for air. And the car seems to cut hold out at about 3000 rpm.... rev limiter? When the car is idling and the hood is up... I hear amildgrinding noise from the supercharger. Dead center on top on the middle of the car engine.

Can anyone provide any info on the cause? Or direction?Can that mean there is a direct issue with the supercharger?Or something else which is directly affecting it?Please read above post for my driving issue.

Reason for new post was becauseI wanted to focuson the supercharger and its functionality.
