Default New XJ220 Owner

Hello...!

I'm a new owner, thought I'd share my appreciation with everyone here.

The XJ220 has long been unappreciated, so now I'm working on changing the worlds view towards the 220. Coming from driving various cars over the years, the XJ220 is simply brilliant.

It's the closest thing to a Ferrari F40 in terms of the smiles and excitement that it provides.

Enjoy watching and reading some of my content.

Cheers,
Lee

Congrats !

I don't own one but I have one in my care. Quite a thrill to do drive although my tastes run more towards the 'gentleman's GT' side of things than 'supercar'.

Cheers

People must stare at you in that thing everywhere you go, lol, it is an amazing and unique vehicle!

Does it feel strange to be driving while so low to the ground?

The attention it brings is unbelievable...!

It doesn't feel any different to a Testarossa in a way of it being low and wide.

Took it out for an awesome Saturday morning drive. It currently sits as the only XJ220 on the road in Australia and the only car in Sydney.

Unfortunately, the starter motor killed itself, so it wouldn’t start again for me to take it for another drive... bummer!

I honestly think the XJ220 is BETTER looking than the F40, although I do love the F40 as well.

It really has aged quite well over the years. Truly a Grouppe B vehicle that was homologated for the road. Kudos, wish I could see it in person!
