1990 Vanden Plas dead instrument guages

1990 Vanden Plas dead instrument guages
Hello,
I am looking for a little help.I have a 1990 VDP that has a dead insrument cluster. I have checked all of the fuses (that I know of) related to the panel and all look good. There is one in the center console and another one the drivers side fuse box. The guages do wiggle a little bit when the car is running but do not function. Any Ideas as to what else to look for? All help is appreciated.
