1992 XJ6 Stuck in Drive
Answers might be obvious, but I would appreciateany help:
I pulled intoparking space with my1992 XJ6 Sovereign
yesterday, put it in Park, and turned thecar off. Came out
later,and the car wouldn't turn on. Looking at the gearshift,
the drive gear light "D" is always lit,nomatter whatgear I
shiftit into;Apparently, it got stuck in drivewhen I parked
it yesterday. What could be the cause of this problem?

Some lubrication might work or WD40 ? I seen some Jags with the similar nanny tranny lol . All I have to say is to not push it so hard otherwise you might break some parts .
