1993 xj6 abs brakes won't unlock

My mom has a 1993 xj6 jaguar she says the brake actetuator has a problem says the brakes won't unlock after they are applied. besides that eveything else is fine. I want to fix for her for christmas. It is the 1st car she paid off in full and she really loves it. Any help would be great.

If it is pads remaining engaged, it is most likely piston stickiing in caliper. Possibly master cylinder, but I think that is a rather rare failure for master cylinder. Probably need to pull the front wheels and remove caliper. If caliper piston is binding, eitehr needs cleaning or replacing.
