Hey everyone just got my first jag. First problem I'm trying to fix on it is the heater because its cold here in mass.

I checked all fan speed on heat and ac.

low, med, and high I get nothing at all

When I put it on defrost it will turn on for a second then makes a wierd noise (kind of high pitched I think its the right blower motor) on the right side of the dash then stop blowing.
Sometimes the left blower motor continues to run sometimes it doesn't. Right blower doesnt seem to run at all.

The fuses are good.

I have started with the right blower motor first.
The brown/blue wire going to the blower motor has 12v
The black wire in the same connector has a good ground.

What wire should I check to see if the blower motor is getting a signal to turn on?

Is there anything else I should check before pulling out the blower motor?
