Default 92 4.0L sovereign start no start quandary.

92 sovereign 4.0L has intermittent start no start issue.
Checking a couple things I clearly noticed I had weak orange spark at plug.
Looking at cap n rotor saw it's been a very small bit off as I can see rotor burnt on one end moreso than in dead center showed me it's firing advance of correct location on rotor.
Cause... timing advanced a bit.
Cleaned it. Starting fine again but it's a matter of time if not correctly timed it'll revert to former self stranding me again. So now to confirm timing tomorrow and will advise but obviously it's hit n miss if timings advanced so there's always tomorrow

Get a new rotor. Known failure point is resistor INSIDE rotor. Rockauto has them if your local supplier doesn't.

Timing can't be adjusted at the distributor AFAIK.
