check engine light/power steering issue

Default check engine light/power steering issue

I recently had my head gasket replaced and the cylinder head resurfaced but my check engine light is still on and its giving me a fuel fail 17 code also my power steering is leaking but leaks more when driven I checked the pressure hose but it looks okay does anybody know what this is or can anyone help me please
