Floor panels

Floor panels
Well after 13 years I am once again in possession of an xj40. (still got my x300 and xjs).
So anyways I've been helping a friend with his immaculate 92 4.0 and as part of the parts search I came across this 93 4.0 not too far away from us which was up for grabs at 550€ with 1 month left on it's pickerl (Austrian MOT), so we decided to have a stab at it as a donor car for my friend. anyways we went to look at it and thought what the hell the price was as cheap as it gets for something we could actually drive away and I haggled a deal for 400€. Cut a long story less long, my friend bought the car and then gave it to me as a thankyou for all the help I've given him.
Now the car was sold basically as scrap, due to it being very rusty underneath and having been cosmetically destroyed by a massive hailstorm. So the upshot is...
Firstly the hail damage, the bonnet, boot and front and rear screens took the brunt of it. Shock number 1. The previous owner had replaced the boot, bonnet and both screens prior to selling it to us.
Shock number 2. The seriously rusted chassis, turn out to be 4 section, driver and passenger floor pans and rear wheel arch to jacking point panels, none of which are hard to replace.
So my question is, can anyone please please tell me where I can obtain floor panels from. (before you say it, I have been on every single web site that purports to sell panels and not one single one on this planet has floor panels for an xj40, I should say other than rear out arches, no panels whatsoever, anywhere.)
Alternatively, can anyone post some high detail pictures of good unrusted floorpans, so at least I can try and make my own.
Also I need the foam insulation pads that go in the front footwells under the carpets.

Hi Mark,
The XJ40 body shell is a monocoque and I don't recall that Jaguar ever offered separate floor panels. They did offer the pillars, wings, bonnet, boot lid, and other typical collision panels, but I doubt Jaguar still has any of those left and even if they did each panel would cost more than your "new" car. You may be able to find a donor car in a salvage yard to cut the floor panels out of, but it may be just as easy to fabricate new ones from sheet stock. The foam insulation pads will be easy to fabricate from sheets of carpet pad foam.
Cheers,
Don
