Default Help Please!! Under Seat Wiring

'89 VDP My Drivers seat heater stopped working. Looking for a loose wire I may have knocked off while vacumeing.
Now, I am visually impaired but this is ridiculous. Drivers seat looking towards center console. White connector with Green and Black wires. I found it just lying there facing the center of the car. What does this thing hook to?..I can not find the other end for the life of me.
Hope I got this right. t.com/albums/ff393/mk2sprite/P1020987.jpg[/IMG]

Default Hfelp please!! Under seat wiring

A close up of the white plug to nowhere?? It is held to the seat frame by a wire tie so i't movement is limited. Looks like it should be laying right next to it's connection.

As you say it can't have moved from far away.

The simple answer would be to look under the other seat and see if it is the same or even connected to something.

I can't see how you would have disconnected it by vacuuming because those type of connectors have the male part that locks into them with two shoulder type extrusions and are usually finger numbingly difficult to separate.

The electrical diags are available for download here.

Richard, thank you. The more I think about it and the direction in which that pllug is facing there is no way I could have hit it with the vacume.
Very good sense about looking under the other seat. I just got this car and am just starting to look into things
One thing for sure is I do not think it has anything to do with the heater.
Thanks again
Mike
